Pocono in my personal opinion is one of the most boring races on the schedule! Your typical Pocono race will consist of: Long green flag runs, limited passing and crazy fuel strategy.
This weekend you will want a combination of big time names and sleepers in your fantasy lineups. However I wouldn't get too crazy with my lineups though. From experience, I can tell you getting too fancy will come back and bite you!

Start: Kevin Harvick
Bench: Denny Hamlin
Explanation - Not really much of a debate. Harvick been the best driver in everything this weekend. He swept all three practices and start 5th. With only 26% selecting him, he becomes a super value play IMO.
B:
Start: Kurt Busch, Carl Edwards
Bench: Kyle Larson , Kasey Kahne
Explanation - I been planning for weeks to start Busch at Pocono. Him winning the pole set that action in stone. It helped that he posted a solid pair of practice. I was set on Larson, but Instead going Edwards. Why? I feel like Larson will be useful on more predictable tracks. Plus Edwards was little better overall IMO.
C:
Start: Danica Patrick
Bench: David Ragan
Explanation - This grouping tier is pretty weak overall. Danica been the best driver consistently in practice. Not even gonna try to get fancy and use Ragan.
