Fantasy Nascar RaceDay Thoughts (Pocono)

Welcome to TimersSports

Happy Raceday. Setting your fantasy team can be difficult , especially with everything being factored in. Below our group of experts give their thoughts on today race (Including their final
picks).

Kate Roswell (@CrazyKateNascar):

-Track position will be key. That will probably be the ultimate decider in today's race.

-Kyle Busch been the talk of the weekend. Question will he live up to the hype? I think he will.

-Don't overlook the Penske cars this weekend. Both seems to have found some speed the past few weeks. Only matter of time before they cash in finally.

-Expect restarts to be a little crazy. Remember last August at Pocono where Denny Hamlin triggered a huge pileup. I do!

Garry Briggs (@Garryy12):

-Austin Dillon is a guy to watch out for. He have been pretty fast all weekend long. Only matter of time before he knock out a huge finish outside of Daytona or Talladeaga. Don't be shocked if that happens today.

-Who is my disappointment pick today? I think it may be Kyle Busch. I think he is either gonna win or wreck out. Take your pick.

-Kyle Larson may be a great off-sequence. Starting deep in the field which will make people avoid him in most leagues. All he needs is some track position to fix that problem. I think he will have a shot at the top 10 before the checkers.

-I wasn't very high on HMS this week and practice really haven't changed my mind. They are top 10 to teen-ish this weekend likely. They may hang near the top 5, but doubt they have something for the front runners though.

Matt Aleza (@MattAleza):

-Is it another JGR weekend? Not so fast. Kurt Busch and Kevin Harvick might have something to say about that. They both looked just as good if not better than the JGR stable.

- All I have heard this weekend is Kyle Busch this and Kyle Busch that. His teammates are lookin pretty good too. More specifically Matt Kenseth. Kenseth might have the best car out of JGR stable. I think him and Busch will very close when it all said and done.

-I think Harvick is the driver to beat this weekend. He had the fastest car in final practice IMO.

-Track position will be huge this weekend. Honestly not sure how much passing will be done. As we saw in June. Passing could be done, but it was tougher. Most drivers up started up front finished up front too.
