2020 NFL Predictions Week 12 (Part IV)

 Welcome to Timerssports

NFL Predictions -

Chiefs at Bucs -

This is gonna be a fun game and might be a must-watch for most NFL fans! For me, this my favorite game of week 12 by far! There aren't a lot of good games on, but this is one of the few great ones! One side, you have Tom Brady and the Bucs! I think this team is easily capable of winning the SB! They have all the tools in front of them, but they are also very capable of losing in the first round, too. I think at this rate, they are the second or third wildcard team! Which means, they are likely headed to the NFC North or NFC West winner. Not horrible matchups for them, but It still be challenge as we really don't know what kind of team that we are getting on a weekly basis! If they lose this week, they are in real danger of playing themselves out o the wildcard position. I think the iffy relationship between the quarterback/head coach is the most worrisome part of this team. Bruce isn't afraid to lash out at his players in a public setting and Brady isn't use to that sort of thing.

The Chiefs are coming off a huge division win and will look to keep things rolling in week 12 vs a inconsistent Bucs' team. I don't think they can overlook them, because this Bucs team is capable of beating any team in this league on any given weekend. I think the Chiefs are the favorite in this one because they can do the same thing and they do it on a consistent basis! That is the biggest difference between these two teams!

Prediction - I think the Bucs are capable of winning this game, but I also believe the Bucs are capable of falling on their faces. I don't have to worry about that with the Chiefs. And that why I am going with the team that is consistent and has Pat Mahomes as the quarterback!

Bears at Packers -

This is one of the most storied rivalries in the NFL and they will face off for the 201st time on Sunday night football! I think this game means a lot more for the Bears than the Packers, though. I think winning vs the Packers is a big deal to the Bears' team and their fans. Even more so, I think the division race is over if the Packers win on Sunday night. I think things could change, but I just don't see the Bears coming back in the division. I think they have a very good defense, but that offense is just bad. Will Mitch make a difference? I think he makes some difference. I really do! I think that offensive line is bad enough, where you need a guy who can extend plays. However, I think as we seen last week vs the Colts you need to be able to run the ball vs this Packers team. Teams have found a lot of success with the run game, but I don't think they can run the ball on them. I think the Bears will need to look to the pass to win this game and that could be a problem, in my opinion.

The Packers have been awesome on offense this season and are the healthiest that they have all season. I am not worried about their offense, I am a lot more concerned about their defense. They held the Colts in check, until they decided to run the ball at will. If you don't commit to the run, I think you have no shot vs the Packers. Look at the three losses for the Packers? The other teams pounded the ball on every single drive. Especially in the second half! Why not? The Packers proven that they don't care about stopping the run and Pettine even said he don't care about stopping the run! When your DC says that on the record, you have big problems on your hands.

Prediction - Look, I am a huge Packers fan but I pick against them when I think they are truly gonna lose or have a good shot at possibly losing. I did vs the Vikings and I did vs the Colts. I don't think this is one of those weeks where they are going to lose. I don't think this team is unstoppable and I think they will have their fair share of problems with the Bears' defense. But I really just don't think the Bears' offense is good enough to put up enough points to win this game. I think Mitch gives them a better shot to win, but that is pretty much it, though.

Seahawks at Eagles -

The Seahawks are coming off a big win vs the Cardinals on TNF and will need to keep their winning ways up in week 12 vs the Eagles. I don't think the Eagles are a threat to them regarding playoffs' seeding, but they need to keep pace with the Rams. If they slip up and Rams wins, then I think them winning the division becomes a lot slimmer. I think the Seahawks are capable of making a deep playoffs run, but they need their defense to play like it did in week 11. They weren't great, but they did enough to help that high-powered Seattle's offense get the win.

The Eagles and the NFC East is just a big mess right now! I really don't think it matter who wins this division because the No.5 seed is probably sending them packing in the first round. Yeah and I am over 100% confident in that prediction, too. And personally, I don't think it will be the Eagles that win the NFC East. I think their schedule will be too much for them to overcome. I also don't believe that they are good on either side of the ball. Some of that has to do with injuries, but truthfully I don't think Carson Wentz is the man for the job anymore. He was really good those first few years, but he has been noticeably worse, since that injury he had.

Prediction - Give me the Seahawks in this one! I just don't believe in the Eagles at this point and I also just don't think the Eagles are good enough to stop Russell Wilson, either!
