-Weather could be a heavy factor in today's race. Personally I don't think we get the race in.
-Several very good cars starting outside of the top 20! Including teammates Jimmie Johnson and Dale Jr.
-Track history means more here than probably anywhere else. I wouldn't based my lineups decisions simply off of practice.
-Don't beat yourself! Too many times we have seen a driver take him or herself out of contention because of a simple error.
Garry Briggs (@Garryy12):
-I expect things to get crazy today, if we do indeed race. Martinsville is a short-track (in length) and we know what happen on these type of tracks. 500 miles is a long time to be inside a racecar. Anything can happen!
-Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch out of the JGR stable are two guys being overlooked! I think that will come back and bite a lot of people.
-Jimmie Johnson starting mid-pack but don't expect him to stay there for long. He had the best car in final practice on Saturday. Can he break out of his slump and deliver?
-Don't overthink your lineup this week. The obvious choices are probably the right ones!

-Jeff Gordon may be the man to beat and he I think he could go to victory lane. However something seems to be stopping him the past few races here. Will his luck change in his final start? Guess we will find out soon enough!
-Can Kyle Larson breakthrough at Martinsville? That is something I will be very interested in that. Honestly surprised he haven't yet after 3 starts. Maybe his 4th start will be different?
-Kevin Harvick is being overlooked this week! I think that's a bad idea. He had one of the quickest cars all weekend long and I think he could lead a lot of laps once he get to the lead.
-I really like Brad Keselowski today! He been fast all weekend and finished 2nd here earlier this season.
