Fantasy Nascar RaceDay Thoughts (Texas)

Welcome to TimersSports

RaceDay Thoughts -

Jeff Nathans (@JeffNathans18):

-Expect the Gibbs cars to be very strong in today's race

-Kevin Harvick had the car to beat in final practice, his long run speed stood out overall

-Jimmie Johnson lacked speed in practice, least from what we expected him to look like. Don't think he will win, but he still will be top 5 to top 10 contender

-Chase Elliott will challenge for the win in today's race. Don't be overlooking the driver of the No.24 car.

Matt Aleza (@MattAleza):

-I think either someone from Joe Gibbs Racing or Kevin Harvick will win today's race

-Kasey Kahne will start from 31st place, but he will be much better than that. He could be an awesome play in leagues that award position differential.

-Austin Dillon starts from the pole and honestly he might surprise some people with how well he runs in today's race. Not saying he will win or contend for a top 5 finish, but top 10 isn't totally out of reach though.

-Lap time fall-off will be big time at Texas, so it will be important to have a long run car. If you don't, you are in all type of trouble
